1. From button phase (BP) to opening phase (OP) of A. bisporus, protein expressions were mainly upregulated, which was consistent with transcriptome sequencing results;2. Combining with transcriptome and proteome analysis, it found significant enrichment of ribosome in both development stages;3. In GO function annotation and enrichment analysis results of DEGs and differentially expressed proteins, with respect to biological processes, carbohydrate metabolism process, macromolecular biosynthesis process and peptide biosynthesis process are significantly enriched;4. In KEGG enrichment analysis, DEGs and differentially expressed proteins mainly enrich in metabolic pathways like ribosome metabolism, tyrosine metabolism and linoleic acid metabolism.
